Refund and Exchanges

  • Important Note: We do not have a exchange/replacement policy. You can return the product, and use the Mebadass Store Credits or Original Account Source to refund received against the returned product to place a new order as per your convenience.

RETURN POLICY :

  1. We offer a hassle-free 7-day return window from the delivery date, with an additional 5-7 days for the product(s) to reach our facility.
  2. To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the “My Account” section of your Mebadass Account. To initiate a return, we provide reverse pick-up services for most locations, which will take atleast 2-4 working days to arrange. 
  3. Please note that a Nominal Reverse Shipment Fee of Rs.25 will be deducted per order at the time of refund, regardless of the number of items within the order. 
  4. For COD orders, a store credit equivalent to the paid amount will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return verified upon arrival.
  5. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  6. Shipping Charges & COD Charges are Non-Refundable.
  7. In case of Defective Products, Wrong Products or Damaged Products issue should be raised within 24 hrs of Delivery, to eligible for a Refund, all of the pieces of the Multipacking or Combo products, all items along with the particular order are required to be Returned.
  8. All Orders wherein FREE Products or the order part of Flash Sales or Offers Sales (Example – Buy one Get one, Buy two Get one Free, Buy Two Get 25% off on 3rd, or similar offer sales) promotions with free products included, are not Eligible for Return.
  9. Please note that certain product categories, such as accessories, customized items, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes, are non-returnable to maintain hygiene standards.
  10. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags, invoice and packaging intact. To be eligible for a refund, ensure that the product(s) are in the same condition as they were shipped, along with all the freebies sent with the product. We do not provide refunds for products returned in poor condition or showing signs of wear.
  11. Please allow 7 working days for the return to be processed, and the refunded amount will be credited to your bank account. Please note that refund/bank transfer is applicable only for prepaid orders and online payments made on our website. COD orders will receive a store credit that can be used anytime.
  12. For any issues, reach out to our customer support portal or contact us at support@mebadass.in. Our dedicated team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm, and all pending queries will be prioritized and addressed the next working day.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you can self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse address mentioned below.

 Ensure the items are securely packed, and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. Within 3 working days of receiving the product(s) & verifying item, we will process the refund.

Note: All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 1-2 working days of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of coupon code in case of COD.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • The customer’s provided bank account details are final, and any errors in the details provided will not be the brand’s responsibility.
  • If you do not receive an order delivered status SMS or EMAIL within 24 hours, please contact us via email.
  • Customers are obliged to take utmost care of the product(s) during possession, including instructions, documents, and wrappings, while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • For products not conforming to standards upon delivery, promptly contact us within 1 day of receiving the products at support@mebadass.in, and we will guide you accordingly.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
